Waste Management - Waterbeach

Ladybird Communications have recently completed the installation of a Mitel CS5200 Telephone System as part of a £42M building project at a major Waste Management company in Waterbeach.

The engineers at Ladybird Communications loaned the customer a number of IP Handsets mid-way through the project to ensure that the business remained operational at the old site even after the ISDN30 bearer was installed at the new premises using IP.

The installation of the Mitel system allowed the customer to make use of the Xarios Phone Manager Software and has been a big hit with the directors and staff.

Solicitors - Essex

Ladybird Communications have recently completed the installation of a Mitel CS5200 Telephone System, a Cat5e Structured Cabling Network and Voice and Data links between two buildings within a well known Solicitors in Essex.

The installation of this system has provided staff with the ability to work from home as well as more remote locations such as New Zealand, via IP handsets.

Accountants - Colchester

Ladybird Communications have recently completed the installation of two networked Mitel CS5200 Telephone Systems at the Head Office and Branch Offices of a well known Colchester based Accountancy firm.

The solution provides staff with the ability to dial between sites without cost, via IP, and provides each member of staff with on-screen Phone Manager Software that allows them to dial from Outlook, Word, Explorer and other applications and provides a personal Call Logger for every user.

This solution, using ISDN2e telephone lines, will provide the customer with significant cost savings and improved reliability over there previously installed Cisco Hosted IP Solution.
